Lemer Pax moves into Its New Flagship Building: the Monarch
Carquefou, 22.01.26 – Press Release
In response to the sustained growth of its activities in the fields of nuclear medicine and radiopharmacy, Lemer Pax announces the relocation of its headquarters and all its operations to a larger, more modern site located at 14 avenue Syrma in Carquefou, east of the Nantes metropolitan area.

This new facility, covering more than 10,000 sqm, larger than the three buildings previously occupied at the Chapelle-sur-Erdre site, will enable Lemer Pax to support its growth by increasing production capacity, strengthening team cohesion, and keeping pace with the rapid evolution of the Nuclear Medicine sector. The latter has experienced significant acceleration over the past two years, notably driven by RadioPharmaceutical Therapy, a true breakthrough innovation in cancer treatment.

All employees are now gathered in the new building, the Monarch, named after the eponymous butterfly, symbolizing both large-scale migration and deep-rooted connection to one’s place of origin. Indeed, in 2016, Lemer Pax left Carquefou to move to La Chapelle-sur-Erdre.
Ten years later, like the Monarch butterfly, Lemer Pax is making the return journey to embark on a new cycle of development and growth.
This move marks a key milestone in our development.
It reflects not only the growth of our business and our local presence, but also our long-term commitment to ensuring the quality and innovation of our Nuclear Medicine services and, more broadly, all our radiation protection solutions.
Valérie CHEVREUL, Chief Executive Officer of Lemer Pax

The new site gives pride of place to production and logistics areas, where workflow ergonomics are fully optimized (8,000 sqm), thanks in part to three easily accessible loading docks.

The technical platform, designed to meet the sector’s specific regulatory requirements, also includes a 180 sqm clean room, a 210 sqm grey room, and a reinforced 230 sqm slab equipped with two overhead cranes, 20 tonnes and 5 tonnes, dedicated to handling large shielded hotcells. Clearly defined spaces, each dedicated to a specific activity, provide employees with a functional working environment. In 2016, Lemer Pax and its 50 employees settled in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre. Ten years later, all 150 employees will be reunited in Carquefou by the end of 2025.

Since January 1st, 2026, Lemer Pax’s address is:
14 avenue Syrma
44470 Carquefou
France
