LIRYC: a unique platform!

In 2013, for the first time, LIRYC, the Rythmology and Heart Modelling Institute offers a unique platform headed by world-class experts in the areas of cardiology, imaging, modelling and signal processing. Professor Michel Haïssaguerre’s team developed this Institute project with the University Hospital (CHU) of Bordeaux, the University, the Aquitaine region, the EPST (Scientific and Technological Public Institutions) and industrial partners.

The institute shall bring together 150 international researchers and Lemer Pax is at the very heart of this system to industrialise the innovative projects following on from its previous collaboration with Professor Haïssaguerre during the development of the Cathpax® radiation protection cabin.
