Principle
Designed for handling radioactive material that does not need the added protection of a vented, shielded glove box, the shielded bench provides an easy decontaminable, shielded work area. The steel constructed bench includes a movable front shield lead glass window for viewing the working area.

Shielded Hood

Principle
The ventilated shielded hood with integrated sink and energy supplies allows safe handling of volatile radioactive nuclides.
Its design permits to protect the operator from irradiation and preserve the environment from any dangerous contamination. This protection is accomplished through the exclusive use of acrylic resin front panel which stops the beta rays from 32P, 14C, 32S, 89 Sv, 90 Sv, 90 y. The two lateral and back panels are 1 mm lead shielded.

Principle
These tungsten syringe shield with a sliding shielded cover improve the protection for the operators from the exposition of high energy radiation such as the one emitted by the iodine 131 (360 Kev), the fluoride 18, oxygen 15, carbon 11 (511 Kev) and this in particular on the syringe’s piston side.

FDG transport trolley

Principle
The transport trolleys of Lemer Pax with an additive lead protection are designed to reduce the contact of the doses for the users and their environments when they have to carry radioactive products doses to their use place. The additive protection in lead (thickness 30 mm), accessible by a shielded drawer, allows to transport either FDG mother solutions already protected by their lead or tungsten container or some syringes with their tungsten syringe shields that correspond to the injectable doses.

Principle
The PET synthesis module mini hot cell preserves the operator from the positron (511 Kev) emitting isotopes, the environment from radioactivity emissions and the products during the different synthesis phases. Principle
The unique design of the Lemer Vial Shields offers maximum visibility and easy of use while giving optimum isotope storage with minimum exposure to the operator. The specially designed double top system permits insertion of the needle through a shielded inner top whithout undo exposure to the operator.
Various models are available to accomodate mother solutions from different types of TC 99 generators.
